Step1Place chai tea bag in hot water. Combine cinnamon, ginger, and allspice in a disposable tea bag or coffee filter; tie together with 100%-cotton kitchen twine. Add to hot water. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and spices; discard.
Step 2 Meanwhile, divide coffee between two 10-oz. mugs.
Step 3 Whisk warmed milk, and brown sugar together until foamy. Pour tea mixture over coffee in mugs and top with whipped milk mixture. If desired, garnish with additional ground cinnamon.
